This study examines the impact of internet-based technology and other working relevant factors on workers’ performance during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The result shows that internet-based technology use significantly and consistently contributes to workers’ performance. Other factors that determine workers` performance are motivation and education, while commitment, stress, age, and gender do not show a significant impact on a worker’s performance. These results have a policy implication by which companies or organizations and the Government should concerned about developing workers’ skills and providing appropriate working facilities to support the internet-based technology use, especially outside Java Island without differentiating workers’ gender and age.
